5. Open your `conf.ini` file and, in the `[NET]` section, add or edit the line to read:

при запуске игры удаётся подключится к этому серверу но сервер выкидывает (появляются красные квадратики) в чём дело? или на российких игроков наложены какие то санкции?

Это в своем роде параллельная ветка развития Ил2. Переработанный движок, достойная графика, огромный выбор самолетов, реализована возможность вылета в составе экипажа. На форуме есть подробное описание по установке, настройке и запуске данной версии игры.
На мой взгляд это лучшее, что имеется на сегодняшний день по старичку. Жаль только, что сервер только один.

Probably, the best maps all around. A lot of AI, well-thought missions, plenty of ground targets, eye candy... And Ultra Pack is cool.
